“Biofade” is a composite of biomass powder and marine biodegradable plastics. The biomass powder is made from unused biomass such as thinned wood. – Biodegrades even in the ocean. So, even if the product is unintentionally leaked into the ocean, it will not remain as a microplastic for a long time. – When the molded product is finally incinerated or landfilled (biodegraded), CO2 can be suppressed by containing carbon-neutral biomass powder. – We can provide composite materials containing high concentrations of biomass powder. – Various biomass powders are available. – Existing equipment and molds can be used. – Biomass-derived resin is also used for the main polymer, so the total biomass-derived substances content of the composite material is about 90%. – By using biomass powder as raw material, it is possible to contribute to the promotion of SDGs, such as the creation of sustainable industries in mountainous areas and forest maintenance.
