r-LDPE rich pellets are high-quality post-consumer recycled plastics (PCR) for the industry that will re-enter the plastic value chain as a valuable secondary raw material. This plastic compares favorably to virgin plastic from environmental point of view, while making a big dent in carbon footprints. Suitable for blowing film application. This material is recycled from LDPE and LLDPE film from the Thailand domestic market (post consumer material and post commercial material). Various color are available related to the feedstock selection. The factory is certified ISO9001, ISO14001 and Global Recycled Standard. Physical Properties: – Melt Flow Rate (190 °C/2.16 kg): 1g/10min (ASTM D1238) – Density: 0.92 g/cm3 (ASTM D792) Other properties can be found on the technical datasheets. r-LDPE (LDPE rich) is not approved for food contact, following regulation. Our product is containing mostly r-LDPE but will have a portion of other r-PE resins coming from the feedstock. Due to variability of the feedstock; color, mechanical and physical properties of the material can have some variations from one delivery to another. Samples for tests can be sent on demand to confirm formulation and applicability.
